Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada & Mexico: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15-30 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions β€” subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nicolasgrza@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
